Zachary Horner

Zachary Horner is an American composer, orchestrator, and producer that has been working in the industry for a decade. He has been a part of projects ranging from roles as a Composer (feature-film, Operation Resist; award-winning short film, Last Call; award-winning full-length documentaries, Life of David Brainerd & Wait Till It’s Free), Producer (singer-songwriter Allyson Horner; classical-crossover singer, Justin Barber), and Arranger (Christian pop artist Joseph O’Brien). Zachary has completed his Master’s degree in Orchestration for Film, Games, & Television from industry-leading film scoring school, ThinkSpace Education (in partnership with University of Chichester) where he was under the tutelage of Milton Nelson (orchestrator of My Dog Skip), Chris McGuire, and David Denyer. Zachary has been hard at work over the years creating timeless melodies, alarmingly realistic mock-ups, and rich orchestration; all the while remaining in a constant quest for improvement. Some of his music has now been recorded with orchestras at Abbey Road Studios in London and Smecky Studios in Prague, where he not only wrote and orchestrated the music, but also created the conductor’s score, parts, and Pro-Tools sessions for the Conductor, Musicians and studio Engineers.
