Mitchell Tanner

Mitchell Tanner is a London based composer whose music has been described as "sweeping and lyrical" by the New York Times. Specialising in music for media, his work has been commissioned by the BBC and the RCM Film Orchestra, and has featured in various short films, corporate videos, and adverts including for the London Film School and Cadburys. He has just graduated with a Masters degree from the prestigious Royal College of Music where he achieved a distinction and was awarded the Joseph Horovitz Prize for Composition for Screen. He was also the first to have been awarded the coveted John Barry Scholarship in Film Composition by Laurie Barry, for which he received a letter of support from the late Sir George Martin.
